HOW DO YOU MAKE IT SO LIGHT ?

THAT HAS TO BE ONE OF THE MOST OFTEN ASKED QUESTIONS WE GET.
WE USE A UNI-BODY DESIGN WHERE WE USE 2" X 2" X 1/8"TH WALL ALUMINUM SQUARE TUBING.
AN UNDERCARRIAGE TONGUE ASSEMBLY IS BUILT THEN THE CARGO BOX IS WELDED TO IT MAKING IT A
VERY STRONG YET LIGHTWEIGHT UNIT.

THE AXLE IS A TORSION AXLE THAT USES RUBBER AS A DAMPENER INSTEAD OF SPRINGS AND SHOCKS
TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH AND SOFT RIDE WITH MUCH LESS WEIGHT.

TOGETHER THESE CAN ADD UP TO A SIGNIFICANTLY LIGHTER TRAILER WHICH IS MOST IMPORTANT
WHEN BRAKING.   THE WHOLE IDEA OF BUYING A TRAILER IS TO CARRY GEAR NOT A HEAVY TRAILER.




WHY AUTOMOTIVE TIRES ?

AUTOMOTIVE TIRES ARE NOT AS HEAVY IN THE SIDEWALLS AS "TRAILER" TIRES ARE.
THEY ARE STILL RATED FOR 1700 POUNDS PER TIRE FOR A TOTAL OF 3400 POUNDS UNDER THE
TRAILER.
WITH A MORE FLEXIBLE SIDEWALL IF YOU RUN WITH 15 PSI THEY GIVE A VERY SMOOTH AND LESS
BOUNCY RIDE TO THE TRAILER.

AUTO TIRES ARE EXTREMELY EASY TO GET IN THE SIZE WE PUT ON THE TRAILERS, THEY CAN BE
PURCHASED ANYWHERE CAR TIRES ARE SOLD.  ALSO THEY REALLY DO WELL FOR PUNCTURE REPAIR
WITH PLUG KITS.
THEREFORE, BIKERS DO NOT CARRY SPARE TIRES FOR THEIR CYCLES SO WHY CARRY ONE FOR A
TRAILER, IT IS JUST ADDED WEIGHT.





L.E.D. LIGHTS

L.E.D. LIGHT ARE SUPER BRIGHT AND USE VERY LITTLE AMPERAGE AND LAST FOR A VERY LONG TIME.  
THEY WILL WORK AT FULL BRIGHTNESS EVEN WHEN THEY ARE OPERATING AT A LOWER VOLTAGE THAN
12 VOLTS.  MOST WILL WORK AT 8 VOLTS.
IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS ELECTRICALLY WITH YOUR MOTORCYCLE THESE LIGHTS OFFER THE BEST

6-PIN CONNECTOR

WE PUT A 6-PIN CONNECTOR FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPLYING A 12 VOLT POWER SOURCE TO THE
TRAILER IF YOU DESIRE TO INSTALL ACCESSORIES.
THE RECEPTACLE IS A HEAVY DUTY METAL CONNECTOR.



LOW CENTER OF GRAVITY

THE AXLES ON OUR TRAILERS ARE SET WITH THE TORSION ARM IN A  
TRAILING POSITION THAT IS "22.5 DEGREES UP".
THIS LOWERS THE BOTTOM OF THE TRAILER BELOW THE WHEEL CENTERS.







IT WILL AMAZE YOU WHEN YOU PULL ONE OF THESE TRAILERS.......YOU CAN'T
TELL IT IS BEHIND YOU.
THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN BY CHANCE.  PROPER CONSTRUCTION OF A TRAILER'S
BALANCE POINT, LENGTH FROM BALL TO AXLE CENTER VS. DISTANCE
BETWEEN THE WHEELS PROVIDES YOU WITH A TRAILER THAT TRACKS
STRAIGHT, DOESN'T WOBBLE AND FOLLOWS VERY CLOSELY IN THE SAME
PATH THE CYCLE TRAVELS.
